At The Specialist Orthodontic Practice we are always looking for how we can improve the services we offer our patients.
We have set up a Patient Focus group. The aim of the Patient Focus group is to understand better what patients expect from us and to tailor our services to their needs. Our aim is always to act in the best interest of our patients.

- Changes that we are currently looking are appointment times and how we can increase access outside of school hours.
- Focus group meetings will be held on Zoom and anyone joining the group must either be a patient themselves or have a child in current treatment.
- Patients under the age of 16 can join the group but must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
- These meetings will be scheduled for after school on a weekday.
